UK DELIVERY

Super Universe currently delivers to UK addresses only.

All items are designed, made and dispatched from Beverley, East Yorkshire, UK.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day.

During especially busy periods, new collection launches or bank holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer. Any significant delays will be clearly stated on the website or communicated by email.

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Free UK delivery is available on all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 2–4 working days.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY

Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is available as a paid upgrade at checkout.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–2 working days.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

PACKAGING

Orders are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

Art prints are dispatched flat in a rigid-backed envelope marked “Do Not Bend.”

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Super Universe cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
